Shipping policy

At Joyeria YW Jireh LLC, we strive to provide high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. To ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers, we operate the following delivery policies:


1. Shipping in Florida

  • We now offer shipping only within the state of Florida for purchases under $1,000.

  • Shipping is $50, and includes shipping insurance.

  • All shipments are made through FedEx.

  • The estimated delivery time is 1 to 5 business days from payment confirmation.


2. In-Store Pickup  

Customers can pick up their orders at our physical location:

3. Purchase and Pickup Process

  • Place your order online or contact us to confirm availability.

  • For shipping, you will receive a FedEx tracking number to track your order.

  • For in-store pickup, you will receive a notification when your order is ready.

  • When picking up in store: 

    • The cardholder must be present in person.

    • Present official identification (INE, passport or license).

    • Present the physical card used to make the payment.

    • The names on the ID and card must match exactly.

4. Pickup Hours 

Our store is available for pickups during the following hours:  

- Monday to Friday: 10:00am – 5:00pm 

- Saturdays and Sundays: Closed 

 

5. Security and Warranty

  • In shipments, each piece is carefully packaged and insured to protect your purchase during transport.

  • For in-store pickups, our team will verify that your jewelry is in perfect condition before delivering it to you, ensuring your complete satisfaction.
